The head of a plastic dummy is filled with liquid
and subjected to 6 minutes of phone usage.
If the liquid heats up by less than one degree then it is
considered safe. But you see, the test is flawed
because SAM’s head is based on
a 100kg, six-foot-tall,adult male military recruit,
plus you know, PLASTIC!
